If you're thinking about getting a coach, you might be wondering who I am and whether you'd want to work with me!
I'm part of the founding team at Keel, as Head of People. Before this, I was VP People at memmo, a high growth, international startup. In both these jobs, I've designed People processes from scratch and helped shape company culture.
I previously worked at Monzo, joining at 140 people and helping grow the company to 1,500+. In that time, I led the opening of new offices in Las Vegas and Cardiff, and hired hundreds of team members. I also led teams of various sizes and have since taught others how to be great managers.
I'm a People generalist, meaning I know a bit about all the elements of employing people and making sure they feel fulfilled at work. I've often worked alongside executives (CEOs & COOs) helping to coach them through challenges in their roles, and define leadership strategies together.
My "sweet spot" as a coach is helping people, often women, who are going through big changes. Sometimes that's becoming a leader for the first time, returning to work after time away, or simply a big new work challenge. I hold a space for you to explore those challenges and feel supported, not judged.
My clients say that I create a calm, focused environment and ask questions that help you challenge your current thinking. I work best with people who are open-minded and curious about themselves.
I hope this gives you a little flavour of who I am and whether we could work together. If you're still curious, book some time for a free chat and let's see what happens!
