My coaching style

My role as your coach is to create a safe space for you to be completely honest and explore the changes you want to see in yourself and your environment.

I'll listen carefully and ask you powerful questions to unlock new insights and self-awareness. I believe that you're the expert on you, so my job is simply to help you decide the actions you want to take next.

Set your intentions

From our first call I'll help you set the goals and outcomes you're looking for. You'll think carefully about the changes you want to see, and we'll measure the impact together.

Break it down

We'll meet for an hour every week or two to work on your biggest challenges. In each session we'll get to the root of issues, and you'll choose actions to address them.

Review the impact

We'll regularly review how things are going and the progress you're making. At regular intervals we'll step back together and check whether coaching is still right for you.
